Cellar Expansion at Forst Brewery 2023

Our latest Cellar expansion at Forst Brewery in Algund, South Tyrol, Italy:

25 new Fermenters @ 1700hl and 31 new Storagetanks @ 720hl replaced an existing building with horizontal tanks.
 
Design focus: 

• Reduced water, CIP liquid consumption by advanced and efficient arrangement of the process piping and intelligent automation system.
• Minimized product losses by Handtmann SOL – pinging system
• High level CO2 recovery during fermentation process by individual automatic controlled components
• Automatic Sampling system controlled by tablets
• Reduced demand of glycol by ring pipe configuration

We are very proud to continue our support for the brewery since the end of the 80’s.
