Joint Appearance at Dairy Congress in Munich

On March 28 and 29, 2023, the dairy industry's get-together, the Dairy Congress, was held in Munich. Together with the Filling and Portioning Systems division, the Process Technology division presented itself to 300 managing directors, board members, and executives from dairies, cheese dairies, and the milk processing industry, as well as representatives of trading companies. The main focus of the plant technology was the presentation of the RFC technology for lactoferrin extraction from milk.

 
During the two days of the congress, interesting discussions were held on topics such as the development of the markets, sustainability, current innovations and trends.
