Widespread congratulations
Each year, the business magazine TREND gives out awards in a total of six categories – bank of the year, insurance company of the year, company of the year, manager of the year, biggest investor of the year, biggest taxpayer of the year – with five nominations in each category going to companies based in Slovakia. Strictly defined criteria are used to evaluate company data submitted annually by every business to the state tax authority as well as publicly available data. This year, for the first time, Handtmann received an award in the “2018 Company of the Year” category. “This award is a wonderful confirmation of our efforts”, said Alexander Iván with delight. “Our thanks must go to all our employees whose commitment has ensured that our company can compete on a day-to-day basis and continue to develop.” Congratulations on this award have already come in from the German-Slovakian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, from the Association of Slovak Automotive Manufacturers, from the consultancy company Amrop Jenewein and many others.
