GRADUATE TRAINEES RECEIVE ERICH HOFFMEISTER PRIZE

Kevin Gosner and Kevin Fischer complete their training with flying colours

District Administrator, Heiko Schmid, presented the Erich-Hoffmeister Prize in July at the graduation ceremony of the vocational college centre in Biberach to our former Trainees, Kevin Gosner and Kevin Fischer. Both had completed their training as industrial mechanics in July 2017 ahead of schedule and with great results.

In total this year 7,500 euros were paid out by the Erich Hoffmeister Foundation to 17 award winners. The aim of the foundation is the promotion of vocational training, in particular of training professions in the industrial, cutting machine, tool and construction mechanics trades. The award winners from various companies have completed their training with excellent results both in the academic and practical areas and have thus already taken their first step towards their future career.
