A total of 33 young people from the 2017 training and study year - 22 industrial-technical and 11 commercial trainees as well as dual students - successfully completed their dual vocational training or DHBW studies at Handtmann's headquarters in Biberach with their final exams last summer/autumn 2020 or in winter 2021. In March, the graduates celebrated their successful start into a new phase of their lives together with their trainers and the HR managers Ottmar Weggenmann and Rainer Witte.
Training manager Patrick Schirmer with his team of trainers congratulated the graduates and wished them good luck and success for the future: "You have laid the first foundation stone for a successful professional career with your training or with your studies". Human Resources Manager Ottmar Weggenmann also congratulated the young talent: "With your training, you are now well prepared for the working world and there are a variety of career prospects available to you at our company". Human Resources Manager Rainer Witte added: "As qualified specialists, you will make your contribution to the company's development in future. We look forward to working with you".
A small number of the graduates had decided to pursue further qualifications such as attending a university of applied sciences or further higher education studies after completing their training or studies. "These committed young people are cordially invited to join Handtmann again after completing their further training measures and incorporate their newly acquired knowledge with us", says Ottmar Weggenmann.
Top examinees receive reward
The two human resources managers, together with the respective trainers, then took over the traditional awarding of the best examinees. 19, and thus more than half of all graduates of the 2017 class, received a BiberCard shopping voucher this year for an examination result of 2.0 or better. "A very good year", said the trainers pleased
The best exam results were achieved by: Julian Abend, Andreas Beck, Marina Dobler, Robin Grimm, Fabian Gröber, Sebastian Häfele, Emilia Hermann, Josef Hinsinger, Markus Kühnbach, Moritz Martin, Veronika Miller, Kevin Schafitel, Heike Schirmer, Marcel Schön, Andreas Siebert, Luca Stark, Pirmin Vincon, Fabian Wenger and Thomas Werkmann. Congratulations!
