Flexibility with a PLUS for mixed production
The modular structure of the automatic PVLSH 229 provides the required level of flexibility for automatic hanging of boiled or dry sausages or cutting of fresh products. It is therefore particularly suitable for businesses with extensive mixed production. The new PLUS features (natural casing pusher*, minimum setup times, easy operation, state-of-the-art EtherCAT technology and many more) further increase productivity.
High performance due to casing change times of less than 2 seconds
The PVLSH 229 plus linking and hanging line stands for high operational performance and reduced non-production times, especially with natural casings (casing pusher for reliable processing of artificial and collagen casing as well as natural casing). The linking unit with 2 linking nozzles reduces casing change times to less than 2 seconds.
Optional separating or hanging of sausages
The PVLSH 229 plus ensures precisely separated portions thanks to a modern separating process with 2-belt solution and sensor. As an option, the linked sausages can also be placed and securely hung as straight or curved portions with the linking position exactly on the hanging unit’s hook, independent of weight, length and number of loops. Hanging the sausages is already possible with a hook spacing of only 5 mm.
Maximum performance thanks to parallel voider
Portioning and linking by means of voiding in a continuous filling process and in conjunction with highly-dynamic linking ensures portions accurate to the gram with equal lengths. Handtmann parallel voiders ensure even more gentle and faster linking, especially of natural casing products.
