New and enhanced hanging unit for improved ergonomics and increased efficiency thanks to integrated weighing system. The latest hanging technology places the linked sausages as straight or curved portions with the linking position exactly on the hanging unit's hook, independent of weight, length and loops, thus ensuring process-reliable high-performance production.
