The Handtmann Inotec I-iT-RW emulsifiers offer emulsifying technology from the entry-level model for small-scale producers to the industrial high-performance variant. Consistent and homogeneous product quality is achieved through the continuously powerful emulsifying of various products: Meat, meat substitute, dairy, confectionery, vegan/vegetarian, baby food, pet food, and more. The modular 1- to 5-stage cutting system in combination with the integrated feed screw and optimum adjustment of the cutting position and thus minimised wear, reliably emulsified products of any viscosity and temperature.

Active feed support for viscous and non-flowing products
With output volumes of up to 7,000 litres and up to 15,000 litres respectively, the I175-iT-RW and I225-iT-RW emulsifier are perfectly tailored to the processing of viscous and non-flowing products in medium-scale and industrial operations. Optimum feeding of the raw material into the cutting system is ensured by the feed screw (RW) in combination with a special hopper as an integrated active feed support.
Cutting system ensures powerful emulsifying
At the heart of the process is the modular 1- to 5-stage cutting system with automatic cutting set adjustment, precise position setting and continuous readjustment. Viscous and non-flowing product consistencies, such as marzipan paste, are powerfully emulsified and homogenised. In combination with the original Inotec cutting sets made of tool steel, softer stainless steel or Advanced technology with special alloy, perfect results and a long service life are achieved.
User-friendly, process reliable and easy system integration
Inotec emulsifiers can be used as stand-alone machines or integrated in existing processing systems. They are extremely easy to operate thanks to the language-independent user interface. The emulsifying process, the product inlet and outlet temperature as well as the actual status and position of the cutting tools are permanently measured, actively regulated and centrally monitored in the control system. This ensures a continuous and economical process, delivering consistent and optimum results.
