Multi-lane forming with flow divider
The servo-driven FST 544, FST 545 and FST 546 flow dividers can be used flexibly in the "formed products" field. As a stand-alone version in forming systems such as the FS 521 and FS 522 or integrated into the FS 510 forming system with up to 24 lanes.
Accurate to the gram due to servo drive
The servo-driven flow divider ensures exact rotor speeds and therefore a constant product flow without pressure fluctuations – and therefore an extremely accurate weight of each formed product.
Diverse range of applications.
In terms of outlet spacing, multiple lanes, calibre sizes and piece sizes, the flow dividers can be used in a very wide range of food and pet food production applications.
