The Handtmann ZB 375 feeding conveyor allows the reliable depositing of the products into primary packaging, such as trays.
Flexible module for safe product handling
In full production processes, the Handtmann feeding conveyor constitutes a reliable system for the buffering, feeding and positioning of tray packaging for loading. The ZB 375 is flexibly available in a right-hand or left-hand version, depending on the individual production situation. As an option, it can be equipped with a discharge device and an outgoing conveyor belt to transfer the trays in line direction to a downstream system.
Wide variety of tray formats and placement patterns
The ZB 375 offers flexibility for different tray formats. At the same time, in conjunction with the RB 371 retraction belt it offers a wide variety of placement patterns as wells as the stacking and shingling of products into trays. Overall, a modular and flexible system for the fully automated and economically efficient product handling.
Easy synchronisation and operation in complete solutions
The ZB 375 is integrated in the central and networked Handtmann control system, which ensures perfect synchronisation and simplest operation.
