The health of our employees and business partners is our top priority. At the same time, we are fully aware of our responsibility towards our customers and business partners. You have always known Handtmann as a reliable partner — a claim we want to live up to also in the current phase. We have therefore been systematically preparing ourselves for weeks, drawing up contingency plans to ensure the highest level of operability possible.

At present, we are not aware of any disruptions in the supply chain, so we are able to deliver spare parts as well as new and second-hand machines within the usual short time frame. A modern logistics centre and large stocks distributed over numerous global locations ensure maximum availability for our customers. We minimise the possible effects in case of crisis through shift work and home office organisation. Our employees in service and sales as well as our international sales partners are available without restriction and continue to support our customers on site as far as the conditions in each case allow.
