With over 60 million inhabitants, France is an important market for Handtmann. Handtmann France, a subsidiary of Handtmann Maschinenfabrik for sales and service in France, has achieved growth above market average since it was established in 1997. The relocation to a new and twice as large company building was now the logical consequence.

With a team of around 27 employees headed by Managing Director Edouard Cingal, Handtmann France offers its customers a nationwide, excellent operating sales and service network. The well-founded and customer-oriented sales consulting is flanked by highly trained application consultants and service technicians stationed in the country in proximity to the customer.
New company building at the Chartres site near Paris
The Chartres site is perfectly located just an hour’s drive from Paris and in direction of the highly agrarian and food-industrial region of Brittany. With the relocation to the new company building, Handtmann France is now able to provide its customers the ideal platform to master continuously evolving challenges. An office area of 600 m², a storage area of 900 m², a workshop for machine preparation, a customer forum and state-of-the-art communication technology ensure reliability, fast service and space for development.

Space for development is first and foremost provided by the customer forum.t. Consulting talks, demonstrations of the latest machine technology and digital solutions as well as the testing of new products on Handtmann systems are possible here together with the customer. One week after the relocation, when the paint had barely dried, we welcomed the first customers to the new forum and performed a series of successful demonstration!
